The Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, met recently with some illegal immigrants. During her speech, she called "patriots." There are many who agree with that, because they think the illegals are taking the financial resources of persons who are working legally. Nancy Pelosi comes from a state that is bankrupt, so your comments seem a little out of place. Move on to another topic. I offer some tips for easy fat loss. If you want to lose weight, you have to lose fat. To lose fat is to increase your metabolism.


1. Drink plenty of water. Water, not Coca Cola, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, or any other load of sugar in beverages. Including many of the so-called fitness drinks. Your body needs about 16 ounces of water every two hours while you are awake. If you are involved in vigorous exercise you need for the previous water considerably, going as high as a gallon an hour, if you are exercising in heat.

2. It is important to eat six to eight times per day. Try to eat something when you wake up, even if they are going out to exercise. It is a good way to get your gear system. You can break your eating six to eight times in a way that works best for you - can be 2 meals and snacks, 5 or 3 meals and 3 snacks - not just what you are hungry or skip meals. Skipping meals is a sure way of self-destruction of its plan of weight loss - only generates hunger and are likely to binge later.

3. They focus on high quality food. This doesn't include Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. Be sure to get high quality protein and stay away from all low-fat products, which are loaded with sugar. Consume the rainbow when it comes to fruit and vegetables are concerned, and make sure it includes at least one green dot at each meal.

4. Take supplements. The most important are pearls of fish oil. Look for a product that is extracted from deep water - ultra pure, pharmaceutical grade. This type of fish oil will increase its ability to burn fat by revving your metabolism.

5. Reduce your sugar intake and eat more fiber. Find out what fruits and vegetables are the highest amounts of fiber and make sure you include in your daily diet. I have a friend who recently lost about 25 kilos. I was talking to him and he could not stress how important it was for him to increase his water intake. He told me he was drinking a gallon of water per day, and attributes that the intake of water to its initial loss of 15 pounds. He also said that once he lost the first 15, he started sleeping better. Its goal is weight loss of 40 pounds and I have no doubt that going to do, especially if you are willing to incorporate the five simple concepts in its plan.
