  • Television programs and movies that are acceptable and unacceptable and how long they can watch
  • Bedtime times and routine – remember to include if your child likes a special toy, night light, door open etc
  • Special needs or medications, including allergies. Include instructions for the location and administering of medicines
  • Areas in the house or types of play that are out of bounds
  • List some activities and books your children enjoy
