  1. Eat healthy: If you eat the healthy stuff (Some meat, vegtables, fruits, fish, and whole grains) then you will build muscle and get stronger bones and muscles in your whole body. And that includes your legs.
  2. Exercise: The more you exercise, the stronger your legs will become. Try to do exercises that move your legs well. Like walking, running, jogging, bike riding, climbing and much more. Start out small, because you know your limits!
  3. Stretch: Things like yoga and your own streching routines can build muscle in your legs and help them out a lot.
  4. Rest your legs: You Definitely need to move your legs, but after that you need to rest them! If you don't that means you could be in severe pain.

Tips

  • Keep up the routine as much as possible
  • If you are in pain, take a rest from everything. That means you are in pain and you must be easier on yourself.

Warnings

  • ONLY PUSH YOURSELF AS FAR AS YOU CAN GO! If you do you will end up injuring yourself and end with hurt legs, and not stronger ones.
