When preparing for a job interview it is important to make the right decision as to what you wear. Dressing properly for a job interview will most likely set a good first impression for the interviewer, and hopefully put you in a good spot to get the job. STEP 2:

Casual vs. Dressy

You have to know what you are going to interview for and dress accordingly. Going in for an interview is not the best time to try out any fancy new wardrobe with flashy colors. Leave that out fit for another time and place. Stick with dark tones that match, and don't stand out too much.

STEP 4:

Patterns

Same thing goes for patterns in your attire. Stay away from bold patterns, and stick with either a light pin stripe or plain color. This keeps the attention on you and not your outfit.
