What to DO!
Particularly if this is the first time you have ever colored your hair, you will want to determine the right color for your skin tone and overall being. You want to make sure that it will look good on you. There are several excellent software programs that allow you to do that. Before you go all out with your hair color, it is best to test it. Test it on a single inconspicuous strand, this allows you to test the product, test the color and determine if you will be happy with that color.

When coloring your hair, you want to be sure you keep track of time. When the color is in and you leave it in too long, you run the risk of the wrong color or damaging it to the point that you then need to repair your hair.
So, DON T forget to time yourself.
If you find you don’t like the color or the results, the best thing to do is seek help from a professional. You never want to re dye the hair immediately to correct an error, this can cause damage to the hair.
So, DON T overdo it.
