Times:8am-8pm
Address:
6001 Rockside Rd
Cleveland, OH
Description:
Unlike traditional conferences that are characterized by a lecture-style format, the HR Executive Summit puts the emphasis on purposeful, moderated roundtable discussions. By employing an entirely discussion-based format, participants are able to share their wisdom, experience and unique perspective with other VPs and top-level HR Directors. This interactive format also allows participants to compare notes, address common concerns, and hear how their peers are handling similar workplace challenges. To allow for a balanced, relevant and fast-moving exchange of ideas, each roundtable discussion has six to eight participants and is moderated by a topic expert. Participants then select new topic tables every 45 minutes. In addition to exploring best-in-class practices and approaches, another major focus of the HR Executive Summit is high-level networking.
