OmniContext monitors and analyzes service consumption, costs, end-to-end transaction performance and service efficiency. In addition to that, it identifies unused or seldom used resources.

- OmniAnalyser provides performance and usage indicators for the management of IT services. Metrics are produced on service quality, IT service consumption, resource allocation, and real-time and long-term operational performance. It can also monitor IT services from an end-user perspective, as well as provide content analysis by scanning arbitrary data sources.

Data from the entire organization is stored in the central OmniAnalyser database, which allows reporting on corporate trends in mail usage and quality out-of-the-box as well as the publishing of data automatically to users or intranet.
