Due to its distributed architecture, OmniContext allows for the gathering of data from differently formatted sources all over the organization-across firewalls and organizational boundaries.
OmniContext monitors and analyzes service consumption, costs, end-to-end transaction performance and service efficiency. In addition to that, it identifies unused or seldom used resources.
- OmniAnalyser provides performance and usage indicators for the management of IT services. Metrics are produced on service quality, IT service consumption, resource allocation, and real-time and long-term operational performance. Data from the entire organization is stored in the central OmniAnalyser database, which allows reporting on corporate trends in mail usage and quality out-of-the-box as well as the publishing of data automatically to users or intranet.
