Hypersoft offers tools to IT and business service management personnel for the analysis and monitoring of IT and business service metrics. Their current offerings include:

- Omnicontext delivers end-to-end analysis and metrics for IT and business services and provides business users with information for continuous control of availability, quality and consumption of service resources across the enterprise. Due to its distributed architecture, OmniContext allows for the gathering of data from differently formatted sources all over the organization-across firewalls and organizational boundaries.

OmniContext monitors and analyzes service consumption, costs, end-to-end transaction performance and service efficiency. In addition to that, it identifies unused or seldom used resources.

- OmniAnalyser provides performance and usage indicators for the management of IT services. Metrics are produced on service quality, IT service consumption, resource allocation, and real-time and long-term operational performance. It can also monitor IT services from an end-user perspective, as well as provide content analysis by scanning arbitrary data sources.

Data from the entire organization is stored in the central OmniAnalyser database, which allows reporting on corporate trends in mail usage and quality out-of-the-box as well as the publishing of data automatically to users or intranet. OmniAnalyser reports are customizable. The new Services Catalog allows for providing data on the services included into the Service Level Agreement, providing customers with information on the contract, key performance indicators and the services rendered.
