While it may not be possible to use it every second of the day, if you get into a routine of using English as least a few times through the day outside of just studying, you will be surprised to find how much it helps. Learning English is a long and difficult path for many people. Without some kind of assistance or guidance, people can often feel lost. You can do your best to avoid this by creating a daily or weekly study plan with set activities that you must complete and possible "punishment" for yourself if you see yourself falling behind or getting a little lazy.
