This may well be the best route for you because the employer will likely have some great advice for you on how to prepare for the position. They can provide you with specific company guidelines and can provide you with insight on the company’s environment.

Other employees at companies are usually more than eager to get to know the new employee, so just keep this in mind on your first day and show an eagerness to get to know everyone.
