You can go ahead and start if you have enough qualifications to do so and train in the evenings so that you can better your position and/or better your pay. When looking for a new career, look for one that allows you to do this. Or if you can wait and train while still working your current career, go for it.

You can't put a price on a career that you enjoy for the fact that how you feel about your career has an impact on how you feel about everything else that is going on in your life. So if you're looking into new careers and you are not sure which way to go, you have options. Just keep in mind that you have training available to you as well. Although it can be exciting to step into a new career, you also have to take into consideration that you are capable of much more and worth much more than the minimum.
