  1. Go climb a hill. Squats don't really work because they tighten the buttocks to make them look flatter. If you want them perkier and more plump, exercise by walking a up a big hill, and if you feel pressure right under your cheeks you're doing it right.
  2. Try doing some jumps. To exercise your inner thighs to make them firmer and make your buttocks look better, you stand up, bend down with your legs wide open and jump up 15 times. When you feel your thighs reacting, you're doing them right!
  3. Do some hula hoops. If you have big love handles that make your butt smaller, get rid of them by hula hooping, or you can simply stand up and put your left knee up while your arms are behind your head and bend down to the leg that's up, then keep switching sides.
  4. Climb some stairs. Stair climbing is always good for the love handles and the rear end.
  5. Do leg lifts. To tone your thighs, you can get on your knees and lift your legs up 20 times.

Tips

  • Stretch your legs before doing any of these exercises, or you can easily pull a muscle.
  • Drink lots of milk and water.

Warnings

  • Don't do them so much that you can't handle it, do them four times a week for an hour or two.
