Steps

1. Using an eyeliner pencil, Dot along the lash line from the inner corner to the outter corner. be careful & do it close to the lashline. Only do about 4 dots.
2. Now use a liquid eyeliner and Cover the dots with that .
3. Using liquid eyeliner, connect the dots slowly (so that the line follows the natural eyelash line) but make it noticable (dont have it too low).
4. At about the middle of your top eyelid, start making the line wider and have it expand into a cat eye by making the corner a little triangle leading back down to your bottom lash.5. add a little lip gloss & then go out with your new look and show it off :]

1. pencil eyeliner
2. liquid eyeliner
3. a mirror
4. patience

Tips

-Be patient and do this slowly, it takes time and practice to get the perfect cat eye.
-You can use any colour you'd like, but black usually looks best.
-Don't add to much more makeup cause it will make this look trampy/overdone. eg blush, lipstick, eyeshadow.
-Remember to add a THIN line on the waterline of your bottom lash. -HAVE FUN :]
