- Microsoft Windows computers and servers. Capabilities for Windows include restart servers, view event logs, start and stop services, manage files, security, and print jobs, use the command prompt, and more. For Active Directory: reset passwords, unlock accounts, manage users, groups, and more
- Domino servers: Create and edit people and groups, reset Internet passwords, and more; approve and reject admin requests
- Novell NDS/eDirectory servers, including users, groups, and organizational units. Reset passwords, delete objects, and edit logon scripts
- Microsoft SQL Server: Manage databases, tables, views, stored procedures, jobs, and replication; run SQL queries
- BlackBerry Enterprise Server. View, add, and remove users, clear statistics, kill handhelds, reset device passwords, lock devices, set enterprise activation passwords remotely
- Citrix MetaFrame or Presentation Servers, when there are too many sessions open and you need to disconnect a user immediately
- Integrated Lights Out (iLO) Administration allows IT administratorsto view the status of Lights Out systems and control the power. For example, a server that is powered off can be powered on remotely
- Backup Exec: Check the status of backup jobs, and start jobs that have failed
