Fiber Twist is the annual county-wide fiber event sponsored by the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce. Now in its fifth year, the 2009 Fiber TwistSM will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2009, at Greenfield High School in Greenfield, Massachusetts. The Marketplace is open to the public, free of charge, from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. The Fiber Twist features the many sheep and fiber farmers, spinners, dyers, weavers and other fiber artisans that are found throughout Franklin County in northwestern Massachusetts. The centrally-located, indoor Vendor Marketplace will feature a fashion show, fiber arts products, rug hooking products and demonstrations.
