This makes sure there is no environmental impact of the fishing and the ecological balance is maintained. It also translates into a cleaner fish and pure fish oil.

Now, fish can contain natural contaminants too. Molecular distillation removes all types of natural and industrial impurities from the oil. This is a somewhat complex and expensive process, and not all companies use it for refining their oil. Make sure your oil has been molecularly refined, though.
