(NC)-Spring cleaning always conjures up images of household chores - dusting, vacuuming and polishing. Once your home is sparkling though, you may not be. Much like cleaning from the attic to the basement, Mike offers tips on freshening up from the top down:
• For locks that rock, remember to shake it. Sprinkle a small amount (quarter-size) of baking soda into your palm along with your favourite shampoo. Shampoo as usual and rinse thoroughly. Baking soda helps remove the residue that styling products leave behind so your hair is cleaner and more manageable.
• Add some Epsom salts to your bath water for a relaxing soak.
