New parents have a lot to adjust to - diapers, sleep deprivation, midnight feedings, and much more! Often, their own relationship takes a back seat to all the new demands on their time and energy. Having a baby is usually one of the most stressful times in a couple's relationship. This workshop, which is based upon research by renowned relationship expert Dr. John Gottman, helps give couples practical tools they can use to maintain their closeness while developing their "new normal" as a family.

In 2009 the Festival will be held at the Family Fun Center for the first time! We are ready to grow and include more vendors and more attendee's with our new partners the Family Fun Center! With more parking, easier access, bigger tents and a few surprises, this year¡¯s Fall Food Fest will be the best ever! This year, the event will be held on September 10th, and will start at 4:30 p.m. and go until 7:30 p.m. Be sure to get your tickets early and save some money! Tickets are $40.00 for a family of five or $10.00 each until September 9th.Come meander the isles of tasty treats and temping morsels from local restaurants, caterers and event planners. Taste local Mexican food, pizza, cake, pasta, soups, candies, frozen beverages, salads, seafood and much more! You can't beat ten dollars for three hours of grazing! We hope to see you there!
