It is quite possible to lose weight while still enjoying your favorite meals. The concept isn't new but many people continue to try overly restrictive diets only to give up in frustration. The way to indulge in your cheat meals is by reserving one day per week to eat whatever you want.

The ideal time to cheat is one day on the weekend. For example, Saturdays are great days to do this. The average person eats out on Saturdays so it makes it easy to satisfy all of your food cravings.

It is important to eat properly during the week. You should have little to no desire to cheat during the week when you have an entire day to do so. You will need the discipline and guidance on what types of food to eat during the week. Once you have learned how, it will become a habit and a healthy lifestyle change.

Eventually, many people even cut back on their cheat meals because they have grown so accustomed to eating healthy. Their cheat day becomes less and less significant.
