- Compare the accounts of your local phone company with your PBX logs
- Analyze your PBX congestion
- Divide accounts of calls between various organizations using one PBX
- Make the accounts for the telephone calls to the clients of a hotel
You can also edit and add new long distance and international codes.
WinTariff allows you to use various tariffs for accounts. You can change the format of the final report according to your requirements (for example, to insert your firm's logo). Most frequently used operations can be stored and accessed by pressing one button.
WinTariff can be configured to work in a local network, you can configure one computer near the PBX and use it only for the data recording, and you can process the data on your workplace. WinTariff can be used for simultaneous records of the information from several PBXs.
WinTariff consists of two basic parts: The writing down module, PbxCollect.EXE; and the processing module Tariff32.EXE. You can place them on different computers.
PbxCollect.EXE is a 400 KB module intended for the recording of the data from the PBX. This module should constantly be in memory of the machine. A computer with a '386 processor suffices for the module.
WinTariff's distribution also includes the PbxCollect_NTservice.exe writing module for Windows NT/2000/XP and similar modules for Linus and FreeBSD. This modules lets you launch the writing part of the program as a service.Author: Company Rep
